PURPOSE: An electronic shoe having cooling and heating functions is provided which is either cool or warm according to seasons. The shoe applies a peltier effect and generates or absorbs heat by sending an electric current to two different metals such as P-type metal and N-type metal without using a compressor or an electric motor. CONSTITUTION: The electronic shoe(14) comprises: (i) a shoe upper part(1); (ii) a shoe built-in part(2) which is positioned between the shoe upper part and a shoe bottom(24); (iii) a shoe heel part(3); (iv) a joined part A(6) and a joined part B(9) which are formed between the shoe slipsole and the shoe bottom by joining two different kinds of metals(7, 8); and (v) a battery(4) which is put in the battery box being equipped at the shoe slipsole.
