PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cannula capable of performing a specific surgical operation using a surgical instrument operable by using an endoscope technique. SOLUTION: A cannula 10 receives a surgical instrument 120 for performing a surgical operation on the body 13. The cannula 10 has a tube structure 12 for defining a passage 16 for inserting the surgical instrument 120 into the body 130. The tube structure 12 has the base end 20 and a terminal 62. The tube structure 12 has an inflatable part 40 capable of increasing the cross-sectional area of the passage 16 at the terminal 62. The inflatable part 40 of the tube structure 12 has a conical shape at inflated time.
