PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain combined meat tender and having deliciousness inherent in meat by making the best use of the respective characteristics of mutually different kinds of meat, and to provide a method or arrangement for processing such combined meat. SOLUTION: This method for combined meat comprises the following process: round slices 1 are aligned in a planarly shifted fashion, and stacked with another kind of bulk meat slices 2 which are also aligned in a planarly shifted fashion, resulting in plurally layered meat slices; thus stacked plurally layered meat slices 1, 2 are rolled into a rod-like meat 4, which is then cut axially crosswise into plate-like combined meat pieces 8; alternatively, the rod-like meat 4 is inserted into a tube 5, pressed and packed in the axial direction of the tube 5 to make a packed rod 1, which is then cut axially crosswise into another version of plate-like combined meat pieces 8. |
