PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance accuracy and precision of a control operation by avoiding disturbance of the displacement control operation caused by a pressure applied to an actuating rod composing a displacement control valve. SOLUTION: A control valve is equipped with a valve body part 43 to adjust the opening of an air supply passage 28 passing through a valve compartment 46, a movable wall 54 capable of displacement based on a pressure difference (PdH-PdL) between two pressure compartments 55, 56 formed by dividing a pressure sensitive compartment 48 into two, an actuating rod 40 to transmit the displacement action of the movable wall to the valve body part 43, and an electromagnetic actuator 100 to determine a set pressure difference by energizing the rod upward, and adjusts the opening so that the pressure difference materializes the set pressure difference. The pressure PdL of the pressure compartment 56 is led to a solenoid compartment 63 to store the base end part of the actuating rod through the inside passage 74 of the rod. The cross-sectional area of the tip part 41 of the actuating rod is made almost equal to the effective pressure receiving area of its base end part 44. |
