PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door control device for improving the controllability, installation and maintenance of a door by installing a device for accurately detecting the position and moving distance and speed of a door panel. SOLUTION: A sensor device for generating pulses with the movement of a door panel is added to the door control device for controlling the door for an elevator. Therefore, the moving distance and speed of the door panel, the frontage of the door and the location of the door panel are calculated in sequence from the pulses generated by the sensor device for improving the controllability, installation and maintenance of the door.
