PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multistory warehouse capable of being installed or admitting annex equipment relatively easily in a short period of time and liberating necessity for equipping each accommodation part with a transferring device including a high-cost motor so that cost-down is established. SOLUTION: This multistory warehouse is equipped with accommodator units U1, U2, U3 having accommodation parts 100, 130, 140 and stacked in stages, an elevating table 2 capable of elevating and sinking along the outside of the accommodator units, loading pallets 3 accommodated in the accommodation parts 130 and 140 and transferrable between them and the table 2, and a driving means to elevate and sink the table 2. The accommodator units have respective means for their being coupled together in the stacked condition. The accommodation parts 130 and 140 are equipped with a rear transfer rail 132 whereon the loading pallet 3 is placed. The table 2 is equipped with a front transfer rail 241 and a transfer chain C3 to transfer the pallet 3 between the rails 132 and 241.
