PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste collecting vehicle equipped with a loading device of such a structure that the waste lifted by a rotary disc into a waste cast-in box is loaded in a waste accommodation box by a push-in plate swinging to the front and rear. SOLUTION: The waste collecting vehicle equipped with loading device is arranged so that the waste loading cycle is changeable between two cases, where the waste is ordinary rubbish, etc., and empty cans or the like, in whichever case an efficient loading operation can be conducted, and in particular during the loading operation, empty cans or the like likely to move rolling are prevented from hopping out from a cast-in hole. In the first loading mode of the operation for loading ordinary waste such as rubbish, a rotary disc 7 rotating lies in a position having passed a push-in plate 9 which the push-in plate 9 in the intruded position starts retreating, and in the second loading mode for loading the waste such as empty cans easy to roll, the rotary disc 7 rotating lies in the position having passed the cast-in hole 4 of a waste cast-in box P and the push-in plate 9 in the intruded position starts retreating.
