PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric reel for fishing capable of carrying out the clutch return of a clutch device utilizing a spool driving motor without using an actuator or a motor and arranging a line feeding mechanism. SOLUTION: This electric reel for fishing is equipped with a one-way clutch device 12 for checking the reverse rotation of a driving shaft of the motor 10. The one-way clutch device 12 is supported so as to be rotatable relatively to the reel body and is rotated in the reverse rotational direction of the motor 10 interlockingly with the reverse rotation of the motor 10 to thereby return a clutch lever 46 to a line winding state.
