PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sunshade which can be simply installed. SOLUTION: This sunshade comprises a support part forming a sunshade face S formed by a rectangular frame body 12 having a pair of traverse frames 13 and 13 and a pair of longitudinal 14 and 14, a surface 16 attached to the frame body 12 so as to be extended on the sunshade face S, a pair of arch shaped frames 18 and 18 extending between both the ends of the opposed longitudinal frames 14 and 14 of the sunshade face S and in arch shapes in a plane perpendicular to the sunshade face S and a weight material 20 attached to the longitudinal frames 14 and 14. An installation work is completed only by arranging a pair of arch shaped frames 18 and 18 relative to an installed surface and the weight material at a suitable position.
