PURPOSE: An aluminum brazing sheet is provided which not only does not decrease strength even when a small amount of Mg is contained but also has superior brazing performance under the Nocolok brazing. CONSTITUTION: The aluminum brazing sheet comprises 0.8 to 1.2 wt.% of Si, 0.1 to 0.7 wt.% of Fe, 0.15 to 0.50 wt.% of Cu, 0.5 to 0.7 wt.% of Mn, 0.05 to 0.25 wt.% of Mg, 0.08 to 0.12 wt.% of Ti and a balance of Al and inevitable impurities. At least one side surface of a matrix is clad treated with an Al-Si alloy brazing material containing 5 to 15 wt.% of Si, and at least one side surface of the matrix is clad treated with an alloy brazing material containing a main constituents of Al-Si-Cu or Al-Si-Cu-Zn.
