PURPOSE: An internet user certification method is provided to store a user's personal data at an agency site and use the ID and the password of the agency site in passing a certification process of an internet site so that it can simplify the certification process. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of a user accessing an agency site and inputting personal profile data(1), the agency site transmitting an ID and a password corresponding to the input personal data(2), the user accessing general internet sites(3), the general internet sites transmitting an approval window to the user(4), the user inputting the ID and the password, transmitted from the agency site, at the approval window and transmitting them to the internet sites(5), and the user transmitting changed ID and password to the agency site in the case that the user wants changing the registered ID and password(6).
