APPARATUS FOR ADHERING CIRCUIT TAPE

PURPOSE: An apparatus for adhering a circuit tape is provided to prevent a defect, by uniformly pressurizing the entire upper surface of the circuit tape even when the circuit tape or carrier is tilted. CONSTITUTION: A circuit tape(4) is temporarily adhered to the upper surface of a carrier(2). The upper surface of the circuit tape is pressurized with a pressure roller. A transfer unit(12) is mounted in a main body of an apparatus for adhering the circuit tape while moving up/down and being horizontally transferred. A head part(10) is formed in an end of the transfer unit while extending downward. An insertion part(14) into which the head part is inserted, is formed in the upper portion of the transfer unit and coupled to the head part. A bracket(16) to which the pressure roller is coupled, is formed in the lower portion of the transfer unit. The lower surface of the heat part is composed of a round surface(18) so that the bracket can swing in a state that the bracket is in contact with the round surface of the head part.
