PURPOSE: A moving picture operation method and system is provided to enable a user to make moving pictures and to concurrently transmit the moving pictures to others over the internet so that it enhances the producing efficiency of the moving pictures. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a moving picture server(100) and moving picture construction apparatuses(160). The moving picture construction apparatus(160) includes a user computer(165), a recorder(170), an auxiliary image storage(175), and a displayer(180). The user computer(165) controls the overall process of constructing the moving pictures. The recorder(170), connected to the user computer(165), records the motion of the user and transmits the recorded images to the user computer(165). The auxiliary image storage(175) stores background images. The displayer(180) displays the images transmitted from the user computer(165). The moving picture server(100) includes a network interface(105), a central processor(110), an access module(115), a conversation progress module(120), a database(130), and a moving picture storage(150). The central processor(110) controls the data flow within the moving picture server(100). The conversation progress module(120) makes it possible to perform a moving picture conversation among users.
