PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simultaneously excavating and concrete-lining device capable of digging and covering efficiently and simultaneously, reducing facility cost and lining cost, and shortening construction term and a construction method therefor. SOLUTION: This simultaneously excavating and concrete-lining device is provided with a rear support 5 capable of engaging with and separating from a bottom part of a tunnel freely, an inner form 6 connected with a gripper 3 and capable of expanding and shrinking a diameter freely, and an MTL pouring system 7 pouring the concrete in which a rapidly hardening material is mixed for covering. At the time of excavation and advance, the gripper 3 is engaged with a side wall, a thrust cylinder 4 is elongated, an excavator 1 digs and advances by a main beam 2, and the concrete is poured into a clearance formed by expanding a diameter of the inner form 6 during excavation for covering. At the time of turning, the rear support 5 is engaged with the bottom part to support a rear end of the main beam 2 on the bottom part and shrink the thrust cylinder 4, the gripper 3 is regulated in the direction of excavation and advance by the main beam 2 for turning, and the diameter of the inner form 5 is shrunk in synchronization with turning of the gripper 3 to move it in the direction of excavation and advance. |
