PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disc cutter capable of machining a cutter ring and a bush easily and having a large load capacity for eccentric load. SOLUTION: An annular cutter ring 7 is supported through a substantially cylindrical thick-walled bush 6 around a shaft 4 fixed on an outer retainer 2 and an inner retainer 3 which are attached to a cutter head, a load in the direction of thrust to be applied on the cutter ring 7 is supported by an end face 6b on a large diameter side or an end face 6c on a small diameter side of the bush 6, and a load to be applied on a large diameter side of the cutter ring 7 is supported by a part protruding onto a large diameter side from a pressing-in end face 7a with the cutter ring 7 of the bush 6.
