PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood purifying device with hollow fiber and a method of packaging it by which the effect of sterilization can be sustained for an extended period of time by performing sterilization after vacuum packaging and the form of a hollow fiber membrane crushed by the vacuum at the time of packaging can be restored by itself when the packaging bag for sterilization is opened. SOLUTION: With respect to the dry-type blood purifying device 13 with hollow fiber which is vacuum packaged in a packaging bag 10 for sterilization, when the packaging bag 10 for sterilization is opened, the pressure of the inside of a path 2a on the blood side becomes approximately equal to the external pressure and the inside of a path 2b on the dialysis liquid side is kept in a vacuum state.
