PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an instant rice cake food which can extremely simply and quickly be provided like a hamburger of fast food by integrally combining a rice cake with vegetables giving highly healthy senses and then processing the combination into the easily eatable food like a snack food. SOLUTION: This instant rice cake food obtained by covering a rice cake with starch 2 used as an adhesive paste, adhering mixed vegetables 3 to the covered rice cake and then frying the product. |
