PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily finish a necktie by means of an iron to a high quality. SOLUTION: A finishing stand 1 is provided with a steam iron pipe 2 having a steam discharge hole 8 therein, and a pipe pull/push means assembly 3 is attached thereto and fixed to the finishing stand 1. Further, the steam iron pipe 2 is provided with steam hoses 4 and 5 and a selector valve 6 is attached to one end of each hose.
