PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granular substance treating device capable of performing treatments such as granulation, drying, coating of the granular substance while effectively blocking the electrostatic charge to the granular substance. SOLUTION: The granular substance treating device is provided with a treating part 2 for storing the granular substance F in the lower side of the inside of a device body 1 to treat the granular substance F, an air blowing part 4 in the lower side of the treating part 2 to form a fluidized bed by supplying a fluidizing air from the lower side to the granular substance F stored in the treating part 2 and a jet nozzle 6 for blowing high pressure air to the fluidized bed and an air ionizing means S1 is provided in the jet nozzle 6 to blow ionized high pressure air from the jet nozzle 6.
