PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach/detach a screen without using any tools, and to freely connect the screen without using any connector. SOLUTION: In a screen panel comprising a pair of right and left stays 2 and 2 and the screen 3 fitted between the stays, an upper supporting member 5 having an engagement groove 11 in an upper surface circumferential direction is fixed to an upper end of the stays, a lower holding member 6 is slidably inserted in the stay therebelow, an engagement part 10 having a flange part 8 to be engaged with the engagement groove 11 of the upper supporting member 5 and a circumferential edge projecting part at a lower end of the lower holding member 6 is provided on each end of transverse rods 7 and 7 fitted to upper and lower ends of the screen 3, a fixing screw member 14 is provided on an upper end of the stay in a screwing manner so that the engagement part 10 of the transverse rod 7 is engaged with the engagement groove 11 of the upper supporting member 5.
