PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening trim with excellent appearance, abrasion resistance and mounting follow-up performance, and lighter than conventional polyvinyl chloride. SOLUTION: The opening trim is provided with a trim body part, plural pairs of gripping lip parts, an insert metal integrally molded with the trim body part, and a trim outer layer part layered on the outer peripheral surface of the trim body part. The trim body part and the gripping lip part are made of olefinic elastomer having hardness of 55 to 75, the trim outer layer is made of a mixed material having hardness of 60 to 95 of olefinic elastomer having hardness of not less than 80 or hydrogen based styrene elastomer and polypropylene or a mixed material of olefin-based elastomer having hardness of 60 to 95 and hydrogen-based styrene elastomer having hardness of 60 to 95. Therefore, inserting force to a body flange, good abrasion resistance to the contact of cloths and cargos and mounting follow-up performance in relation to the door opening part periphery are secured.
