PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an edge mirror causing no winkle due to buckling in a steel sheet even in the case where it is applied in particular to the thin steel plate. SOLUTION: The edge mirror for a steel plate is provided with a cutting head 37 provided with a cutter 32, which cuts the both side edge faces of a strip-shaped steel-plate 31, and a support roll 33, which supports the steel plate 31, and an upstream side pinch roll 34 and a down stream side pinch roll 34, which make press-contact with the steel plate at the upstream side of the cutting head 37 respectively. Press rolls 3, which give curvature to the press line of the steel plate 31 are arranged respectively at the upstream side of the upstream side pinch roll 34 and the downstream side of the downstream side pinch roll 34.
