PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preventing scrap-up made by the punch press by abolishing the adhesion state inducing from negative pressure at the gap between the tip of a punch (undersurface of the punch) and the upper surface of scraps. SOLUTION: In the board processing machine such as a punch laser compound machine, as the preceding process of holding process by the punch, piercing is applied to the inside of the outline of the punched hole of the processed material W to become the similar form to the cross section of the tip of a punch using the laser processing machine, bridging the gap g between the tip of the punch P1 and the upper surface of the scraps W' to surroundings through this piercing hole 1, and maintaining at the same atmospheric pressure, to prevent the adhesion state inducing from negative pressure between the tip P1 of the punch and the upper surface of scraps W' thereby preventing going up of the scraps in the punching.
