PURPOSE: A method for processing raw grains with unpleasant smells is provided, to serve a powder mixture with improved tastes for a raw food good for physical health. CONSTITUTION: The method includes the following steps of: (i) washing and lyophilizing raw grains with unique smells of the grains comprising one or more among black soybean, mung bean and adzuki bean; (ii) pulverizing raw materials of the mixture without any unpleasant smell; (iii) heat treating the dried raw grains directly or using heated steam to a degree of gelatinization of less than 40% and pulverizing the heat treated grains; (iv) mixing the powdered materials and adding 15-50% of water to the mixture; and then (v) forming the powder mixture by extruding with a perforated net or granulating the mixture. The resulting mixture includes less than 50% of black soybean, by the total weight of the product. |
