SOLUTION: This apparatus for preventing powder clogging is equipped with a ring-shaped member (base part) 4 arranged to a piping L for transferring a powder in a rotatable (movable) manner, a rod-like member (moving body) 6 provided to the ring-shaped member 4 and moved along the inner surface of the piping L accompanied by the rotation of the ring-shaped member 4 and a drive device 3 for rotating the ring-shaped member 4.
