DRY DISTILLATING CRACKING REACTOR OF WASTE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent troubles caused by high temperature of the heated gas supplied to a cracking drum and to raise the temperature of the heated gas in a dry distillating cracking reactor of wastes. SOLUTION: The dry distillating cracking reactor 1 of wastes W comprises a freely rotatable cracking drum 4 that is provided with a plurality of heating pipes 10 arranged in a cylindrical drum body 8 formed with a heated gas inlet 8a and a heated gas outlet 8b, a casing 5 for the heated gas inlet connected with the gas inlet 8a side of the cracking drum 4, and a casing 6 for the heated gas outlet connected with the heated gas outlet 8b of the cracking drum 4. The wastes supplied into the drum body 8 of the dry distillating cracking reactor 1 is heated by flowing heated gas K fed into the casing 5 of the heated gas inlet from the inlet 8a of the heated gas of the cracking drum 4. An insulating refractory 27 is lined at the portion from the heated gas inlet casing 5 to the inlet of the heated tube 10 of the cracking drum 4 and at the portion contacting with the heated gas K.
