PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an adhesive composition for dry laminating that has improved properties in heat-resistant adhesion, hot water-resistant adhesion, acid- resistant adhesion, and oil-resistant adhesion and is applicable for various kinds of contents including all foods; and to provide a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: An organic polyisocyanate is reacted with a polymer polyol, and further with an epoxy resin if desired, to produce a polyurethane polyol, which is then reacted with a copolymer of styrene with maleic anhydride to obtain a modified polyurethane resin. An organic polyisocyanate as a hardener is added to the above resin as a base resin to prepare the object polyurethane adhesive composition.
