PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary powder discharger low in cost and variable in powder discharge amount. SOLUTION: A rotary powder discharger comprises a casing 11, a rotor 12 having a plurality of vanes 20 radially arranged and provided in the casing 11 in a rotatable manner and a chamber 21 defined by the vanes 20 and the casing 11. When the rotor 12 is rotated and the chamber 21 is moved, the chamber takes powder from a charge port 15 provided in the casing 11 and discharges the power from a discharge port 16 provided in the casing 11. The rotor 12 is provided with a volume changing means 22 for changing the volume of the chamber 21.
