PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid atomizing device of a simple structure not requiring a liquid feed driving source. SOLUTION: A liquid tank 14 storing a liquid to be atomized is provided on the upper section of a device body case 11, and a fine diameter section 21 of a step horn type vibrator 15 is protruded above a bottom section of the liquid tank 14, while the outer periphery of the fine diameter section 21 of the step horn type vibrator 15 is covered with a cylindrical liquid feed pipe 22 with a flange 23 on its lower end, and the liquid feed pipe 22 is supported by a supporting piece 29 of an opening 24 of an atomizing section 25 provided on the central section of a cover 12, and a mesh 27 is mounted on the upper face of the fine diameter section 21 and the upper end of the liquid feed pipe 22.
