PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable wearing article with a barrier for preventing humor from being leaked around the legs and with good feeling of wearing. SOLUTION: The first elastic member 21 around the leg extending under elongated condition in the direction around the leg and the second elastic member 22 around the leg extending under elongated condition drawing a circular arc in such a way that it becomes convex inward the article 1 are fitted on the side edge part 23 around the leg of a sheet 2 which can cover the abdominal part, the hips and the crotch part and forms the outer face of the disposable wearing article 1. The sheet 2 is folded along the side edge 22A of a member 22 so as to place the second elastic member 22 around the leg inside and by folding it, a part extending inward the article l is folded along another side edge 22B of the member 22.
