PURPOSE: A method and system for providing a no-charge call service serving as both Internet phone having an advertising function and a general phone are provided so that a user is provided with a call service free of charge and a provider provides a service of a higher quality to users. CONSTITUTION: A control unit(20) is connected to an Internet network and a PSTN network, and processes data transmitted from a server system unit(50) and controls a system for making an Internet phone call and a general phone call. A video card unit(12) supports an output unit(30) and a video camera(11) for displaying advertising information. A call control unit(21) controls an Internet phone and a general phone. A phone unit(22) enables a general phone call. A memory unit(40) stores advertising information provided from the server system unit(50), an advertising control program and a system program. A communication unit(15) sends and receives data via the Internet network. A kiosk system unit(10) consists of an input unit(13) and a power supply unit(14).
