PURPOSE: A booklet blister package and the manufacturing method are provided to facilitate the use of material packed by attaching a booklet to a cover, and reduce manufacturing costs. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method comprises three steps. In the first step, a synthetic-resin film(1)(or aluminum foil) is filled with materials(6) such as health food and medical supplies, and a cover(7)(aluminium foil) is bonded in the upside by a bonding part(12). And a booklet(20) of a supply roller(21) is placed on the upside of the cover. In the second step, one part of the cover is bonded to the booklet. In the third step, the bonded part is punched to form a main body(22) of a booklet blister package.
