PURPOSE: A ladder having a locking function is provided to prevent the dismantlement of a folding part caused by pressure due to the contact from the outside by expanding a pair of ladders at a certain angle. CONSTITUTION: A ladder having a locking function comprises: a pair of inner rotary plates(102,103) provided with several hinge holes(101) at a certain angle; a rotary plate(106) provided with a notch(105) corresponding to the hinge holes and fitted to the outside of the inner rotary plates to open and close the hinge holes selectively; an elastic member(107) fixed to the rotary plate and the inner rotary plates to restore the closed hinge holes by the rotary plate to the initial state; a pair of outer rotary plates(109,110) with a fixing hole(108) pressuring and supporting the inner rotary plates to be rotatable; and a fixing key(114) comprising a guide pin(112) fixing the rotary plate, the inner and outer circuit plates and a fixing pin(113) inserted to the hinge holes selectively and locking a ladder by expanding at a certain angle by rotating the inner rotary plates against the outer rotary plates when separating the fixing pin from the hinge holes by pressurizing a push cover(115) formed on the guide pin.
