PURPOSE: A selector engaging structure prevent assembly from being obsoleted and reduces the number of assembled parts to reduce manufacturing cost and assembling time. CONSTITUTION: A structure includes a first accommodating part(120), an elastic member(121), a guide(123), an engaging device and a second accommodating part(124). The first accommodating part(120) is formed on one side of a change lever(104) inwardly with a certain inner diameter and depth. The elastic member(121) is accommodated in the first accommodating part(120). The guide(123) has one end engaged with an opening(122) of the change lever(104) and a spline(102). The fixing device fixes the guide(123) with the opening(122). The second accommodating part(124) is formed on one side of the guide(123) to the other side with a certain inner diameter to accommodate the elastic member(121).
