PURPOSE: The system for the peer to peer tutoring on the internet using the DB is provided to improve the learning efficiency, to decrease the private tutoring fee, and to remove the area and time obstacle of the extra-curricular education. CONSTITUTION: A learning test is periodically performed. An individual DB is built according to the test result. The individual weakness analysis and solution is served on basis of the DB. An on-line study page reinforces the individual weakness. The peer to peer tutoring based on the analysis of the individual weakness is performs in on-line.
