PURPOSE: A butterfly valve is provided to improve sealing efficiency and durability at a high temperature and high pressure by adhering a valve disk closely to a metal sheet by finding a zero contact point by improving a sealing structure between a metal sheet and a valve disk and to obtain sealing efficiency without using elasticity and frictional factors by composing a joining surface formed on a joint between a metal sheet and a valve disk geometrically. CONSTITUTION: A butterfly valve comprises a valve body(120), a rotary shaft(124) installed to vertical to a fluid passage(123) inside the valve body and eccentric against the a line(X) of the fluid passage, a valve disk(126) connected with the rotary shaft(124) to open and close the fluid passage and a metal sheet(130) installed to the inside of the valve body to be in a zero contact point with the outside of the valve disk when the valve disk rotates on the rotary shaft.
