<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-made manifold and its manufacturing method improving a cylinder distribution efficiency and suction efficiency without lowering the pressure resistance. SOLUTION: A cylinder distribution part 10 is formed in a first member 31 as a single member so that an opening 11 communicated with respective cylinders can be formed close to the cylinder distribution part 10. A first suction pipe 21, a second suction pipe 22, and a third suction pipe 23 are set close to one another so that the freedom degree of the shape of this resin-made intake manifold is improved and a welding part is easily secured. This constitution can improve the cylinder distribution efficiency of the suction air without increasing the manufacturing cost and the number of parts, while securing the pressure resistance of the welding part. The length of the first suction pipe 21, the second suction pipe 22, and the third suction pipe 23 can be set equal by dividing into a first member 31, a second member, and a third member so that the suction efficiency of the engine can be improved.</p> |
