摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an equipment of welding with which method and equipment the physical strength of a control link is improved when the control link is produced. SOLUTION: A pair of rings 310 and 320 forming a control link 301 and a rod 330 are welded by a projection welding, and then a notched part 340 formed at the welded zones 491 and 492 are irradiated with a laser beam to form a fillet. As a result, the mechanical strength is improved. A laser beam oscillator, a switching device, and a focusing device are provided for a laser beam welding. During a laser beam welding, the notched part 340 of the rotating control link 301 is melted by the laser beam, and the fillet is formed. Resistance force against such external forces as tensile, compressive, bending, and torsional forces or the like are improved compared to the case where the fillet is not formed.</p>
