PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chopping board capable of facilitating work for cutting the bones by preventing a skin from being cut off completely in the case of cutting the bones of a fish such as a sea eel by manual work. SOLUTION: Plural grooves 3 extending in the direction almost orthogonal to the cutting direction of a cooking knife are formed on nearly the whole surface of the cooking surface 2 of at least one side. One or both of a part 12 where a side surface 10 and a bottom surface 11 cross with each other of the grooves 3 and a part 13 where the surface 10 and the surface 2 cross with each other of the grooves 3 are rounded. At least one end parts 5 and 6 of the grooves 3 reach the side end parts 7 and 8 of a cooking board main body 4.
