PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the number of hangers that can be suspended and at the same time effectively utilize space by providing a fold-down-type hanger instead of storage space above a closet, and expanding another hanger in addition to the hangers in a wardrobe. SOLUTION: This hanger is provided with support mechanisms 4 and 4 for supporting a pair of support frames 3 and 3 so that they can be folded down freely, a hanger pipe 5 that is supported by the pair of support frames, and a drawer bar 6 that is mounted so that it can travel freely along the hanger pipe. When the hanger is to be used, the hanger pipe 5 projects in front of a wardrobe 1 by pulling a drawer bar 6, thus suspending the hanger.
