PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide surgical shoes for children wherein an adjusting operation is facilitated by simplifying an adjusting means provided for correcting malformation and deformation symptoms of a foot. SOLUTION: The surgical shoe is provided with a front part 2 for containing toes and covering an instep and sides of the foot, a rear part 3 for containing a heel and covering an ankle and sides of the foot, and the adjusting means wherein the length can be adjusted in an condition that a front foot board 21 provided on the bottom of the front part 2 and a rear foot board 31 provided on the bottom of the rear part 3 are stacked. The shoe is also provided with an instep binding belt 25 provided on the front part for binding the instep, a front and rear fixing belt 27 provided across the front part and the rear part for fixing the heel, and an ankle binding belt 36 provided across an ankle aperture part 39 of the rear part 3 for binding the ankle.
