PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insect pest-catching device whose handleability is scarcely different for each device and which has high reliability and a high insect pest-exterminating ability. SOLUTION: This insect pest catching device 10 is provided with a container 10a which has a bottom wall 11, a peripheral wall 12 vertically disposed on the bottom wall 11, and a ceiling wall 13 disposed on the peripheral wall 12. When the insect pest-catching device 10 is used, an attractant containing an insect pest-attracting ingredient is supplied into the container 10a, and the insect pest-catching device 10 is set through the bottom wall 11. Cylinder portions 14 which each is projected out from the ceiling and wherein both the ends of each cylinder portion 14 are opened are arranged in the ceiling wall 13.
