PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sand cutter mechanism capable of reducing wear of a cutting edge part of a sand cutter, enabling most of assembly working of a blade member at the outside of equipment and enabling a long term use of the blade member. SOLUTION: A cutter main body 4 is attachably/detachably fixed to the upper part of a cutter base 3, a blade bracket 9 for outside set up, in which the advancing side upper part is formed to a recessed step 7 and pairs of screw holes 8, 8 are pierced with longitudinally arraying in plural sets, is attachably/ detachably mounted to an advancing side upper position of the cutter main body 4. A blade member 11, which bonds/connects a wedge shape cutting edge member 11B to the tip of a blade base material 11A and pierces pairs of flush bolt holes 11C, 11C corresponding to the screw holes 8, 8, is fastened/fixed to the recessed step 7 of the blade bracket 9 by flush bolts 12, 12 arranged longitudinally arraying in plural sets.
