SOLUTION: A minus ion emission 17 such as a tourmaline emitting minus ions is provided in a water tank 2 supporting an expanded flowing body 5 formed for making the water jet body in the water film-like flow down and receiving the water jet body, and a fountain nozzle 18 is provided inside the expanded flowing body 5 to jet the water jet body into the fountain shape. Also, the water tank 2 can be formed into a goldfish basin, or can be projected with a lighting instrument to provide a fantastic look.
