METHOD FOR CONTROLLING BLENDING AMOUNT OF COKE

PURPOSE: A method is provided which automatically controls a blending amount of coke so as to uniformly guide the distribution of heat amount according to the firing state of the side of an ore distribution part of a sintering machine in a bed within the shortest time of period. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the processes of detecting a temperature and a red heat height of sintered ore with an ore temperature gauge installed in a width direction of a sintering machine before the sintered ore is fallen down from a bed of the sintering machine; obtaining a multiply of the deviations of the compared values not only by comparing a temperature of the detected sintered ore and a standard set value, but also by comparing a red heat height of the detected sintered ore with the standard set value; and controlling a feed amount of coke by maintaining the current coke feed ratio as it is when the deviations is less than 0 or more than 0, a pellet speed is not within the range of 2.0 m/min
