PURPOSE: A device for spraying ink including a membrane and an insulated heater is provided to improve the speed of driving and to make ink with enough quantity be sprayed even with little calorific value by conveying pressure of bubbles generated in operating heat to the membrane efficiently. CONSTITUTION: The device for spraying ink including the membrane and the insulated heater includes a nozzle portion(140), a driving portion(120) and a membrane(130). The nozzle portion(140) includes an ink chamber(157) for receiving ink and a nozzle hole(149) for spraying ink. The driving portion(120) includes an operation fluid chamber(127), a heater(116) installed in the operation fluid chamber(127) and a conducting wire(117) for supplying the current from the outer power to the heater(116). The membrane(130) sprays ink in the ink chamber(157) through the nozzle hole(149) with being transformed by the pressure of bubbles generated in heating the operation fluid by the heater(116).
