PURPOSE: An induction heating apparatus is provided to adjust the indoor temperature and to improve the heat efficiency by generating the heat source and by ventilating it. CONSTITUTION: The induction heating apparatus comprises an induction heating coil(6) for generating the magnetic flux, a heating plate(8) mounted on the induction heating coil heated by the magnetic flux, a ventilation fan(3) placed under the induction heating coil for ventilating the hot air, and a radiating plate(9) mounted on the heating plate for radiating the heat source. A fixing plate(2) mounted on the support plate with built-in an inverter electric circuit has a plurality of holes to suck the external air.
