TANK FOR SEPARATION OF SLUDGE WITH HOLLOW FIBER MEMBRANE FILTER

PURPOSE: Disclosed is a tank for separation of sludge, which is characterized in that sludge is removed by air bubble and suspended solids are filtered by a hollow membrane filter (23)(23') simultaneously. Heavy sludge is first removed in a centrifugal separator (2). Light sludge is floated by air bubble in a separation tank (1), and removed by a device (21) for collecting floated sludge. Wastewater is continuously filtered through the hollow fiber membrane filter (23)(23'). CONSTITUTION: The tank consists of the centrifugal separator (2) for removing heavy sludge, equipped with the separation tank (1); the separation tank (1) having the device (21) for collecting floated sludge; and the hollow fiber membrane filter (23)(23') installed in the separation tank (1). The hollow fiber membrane is not clogged by effect of crushing of air bubble.
