SEWAGE SLUDGE INCINERATING DISPOSAL DEVICE

PURPOSE: An incinerating disposal device perfectly dries moisture in sludge and dissolves and discharges dioxin to reduce air pollution. CONSTITUTION: An input hopper(12) is installed on one side of the upper surface of a main body(10) to supply sludge crushed by a usual cake crusher. An outlet pipe(14) is placed on one side of the main body(10) to communicate with the inner part of the main body(10) and has a dioxin removing heat treatment device(40), a suction motor(41) and a dioxin removing filter(F) installed on coaxially. An outlet(13) to discharge ashes on one side of a usual burner(30) in the lower part of the main body(10). Multiple delivery screws(50) having one ends connected with each other by a chain(80) to be interlinked with the driving of a driving motor(81) installed on the lower parts on both sides of the main body(10) are installed horizontally in an installation space of the main body(11) with even gaps between and accommodated inside guiding covers(60). Sludge is guided and moved to the lower direction through discharging holes(61) on one sides of the guiding covers(60) by the force feed of the delivery screws(50). A sludge delivery supplying conveyer is installed between the guiding covers(50) to resupply sludge discharged through the guiding covers(60) on the lower part to the inside of the guiding covers(60) placed on the side upper end.
