PURPOSE: A device and a method for manufacturing detection module of a clearance type charged particle detector are provided to manufacture safe and environment-friendly detection modules in large quantities, to reduce inferiority rate and to effectively use a working space. CONSTITUTION: A device for manufacturing detection module of a clearance type charged particle detector includes a surface plate(120) for assembling a detection module, a lifting device(100), a storage device(200) and a pressurizing device(300). The lifting device for raising and dropping the detection module is assembled with the surface plate to a predetermined height. The storage device stores the surface plates and the detection modules every layer. The pressurizing device applies one-way pressure to the surface plates and the detection modules stored in the storage device.
